SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

We offer shipping to the US, Canada and the UK. We use USPS to ship your package domestically and DHL internationally. Our domestic expedited service is provided by UPS. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email info@angiewatts.com.

Please note we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.

Free Shipping

Angie Watts offers FREE USPS Shipping on all US orders over $75. No promotion code is required to receive free shipping on all $75+ US purchases.

Shipping Rates - International

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you). You may also have the option to pay any taxes and fees upfront during checkout.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with Angie Watts, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email info@angiewatts.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we do ship outside of the United States to Canada and the UK.

After payment on your site, when will my order ship?

All orders have a 2-3 business day lead time after receipt of your order. If by some reason your order will take longer than 3 business days to ship out, you will be notified by email. Orders placed on the weekend are not processed until Monday.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Whats your refund policy for returns?

Yes and no. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. A full refund will be issued ONLY if there is damage to your packaging, i.e. some of our product packaging is glass.

If your body butter arrives melted in the summer months, refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes, the butter will solidify, but the composition will be, somewhat changed. The butter will still hydrate your skin regardless of composition. During the summer months (June-September), a signature is required on whipped body butter orders. We do not use synthetic stabilizers or waxes in our body butters, therefore, butters may melt during transit on hot delivery trucks, or while sitting on front porches/inside hot outdoor mailboxes. We make every effort possible to preserve the integrity of our body butters during the summer months, in addition to the signature requirement, we also ship our butters with ice packs.

If there is a mistake with your order, please let us know as soon as you receive it or no later than 5 days after tracking indicates it was delivered.

Can I request a refund from Angie Watts for a purchase made at a retail location?

Please contact the store you purchased from, the store will accommodate you according to their refund policy. We do not provide returns or exchanges for retail store purchases.

What happens if my package was lost or stolen, do you offer a refund?

Please see our answer to acceptable refund situations, lost or stolen packages does not qualify for a refund. We recommend tracking your package with the confirmation number we issue. You may file a claim with your carrier for reimbursement of a lost or stolen package online or give the carrier a call:

If I had an allergic reaction to a product, will you offer a refund?

We encourage our customers to review the ingredients before use, especially those with sensitivities to certain products. A product deemed natural or organic, does not mean you can not be allergic to some of the ingredients, especially tree nuts. If you are uncertain about an ingredient, perform a "patch test" on a small part of your body before applying all over. Please discontinue use of any product you feel is causing an allergic reaction and contact your physician.

Are your products safe for children?

Angie Watts products are totally kid-safe! We recommend doing a "patch test" (apply a small amount to the skin) before applying over your child's entire body.

Do you offer product samples?

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples of our products, however, we do offer some products in a travel size, which is great for sampling purposes. A sampler set is in the works!

What is cold pressed?

Extracting oil through cold-pressing involves crushing the seed or nut and forcing out the oil. When an oil is cold pressed, it retains all of its nutrients. Cold pressed oils are the absolute best for your hair and skin.

What is the meaning of plant-based ingredients?

Plant-based ingredients means the ingredients were derived from plants (vegan).

What does it mean to be certified cruelty-free?

Certified cruelty-free means that a company (Angie Watts) has applied for a certification through an application and audit process stating that it meets the criteria of no animal testing on ingredients, formulations, or finished products. Our products are certified cruelty-free by the Leaping Bunny Program and PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).

I'm allergic to products that contain ingredients derived from tree nuts, do you have any body butters without shea butter?

Yes, our Au Naturel Whipped Cupuaçu Body Butter.  

This all natural formulation was created for those with severe allergies to nuts, or would like to enjoy a whipped butter without a scent. Au Naturel's ingredients do not contain any ingredients derived from tree nuts and is fragrance free. The base ingredient is cupuaçu butter, a soft butter produced via cold-pressed extraction of the seeds harvested from the Cupuacu tree, native to the Amazon Rainforest. It's related to cacao, the tree from which cocoa beans are obtained.  

Cupuaçu butter is a natural emulsifier due to its high water absorption capacity. The oleic acid makes it easier for active ingredients to penetrate into cells and protect the skin from moisture loss at the same time. The butter contains vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant and contributes to the regeneration of the skin’s lipid layer. It does not leave an oily film on the skin.

Sweet, nutty, lightly chocolate aroma, some say it smells exactly like cocoa butter.

Does natural products really work for eczema?

Nam Eczema and Extra Dry Skin Therapy is not a cure for eczema, Nam calms and treats the symptoms of eczema (e.g. keeps dry patches moisturized, stops the annoying itch). Nam does not contain steroids, alcohol, emulsifiers, synthetic fragrances, dyes, preservatives, additives, lanolin, mineral oil, pertroleum, parabens, propylene or butylene glycols, phthalates, or sulfates.

What is the shelf life of your products?

If stored out of direct sunlight and excessive heat, our products are safe and effective for up to 12-18 months (our black packaging helps with this). We use essential oils for scent, essential oils are steam-distilled pure plant extracts, the aroma tends to decrease over time (approximately 4-6 months after purchase).
